With more than 25 years in active family practice, Dr. Oduntan has adopted a family-centered, holistic approach to treating patients' medical needs.
Dr. Oduntan recognizes that a family’s collective lifestyle, emotional environment, and genetic history directly shape each member’s health. By shifting focus from a single patient to the whole family system, he is able to deliver deeper, more impactful care.
He understands that one member's illness deeply impacts the entire family's mental and physical health.
Dominion FHO
Dr. Wole Oduntan operates his family practice as part of Dominion Family Health Organization (FHO) group, out of the Grand Marais Medical Centre, located at the corner of Grand Marais and Dominion Blvd.
As part of the Dominion FHO group of doctors, we provide after hour care for all our patients, only urgent care will be attended to after 5pm.

Urgent after-hours walk-in care is available for our enrolled patients.
Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Patient Support & Referrals
As part of Windsor Essex community doctors, Ministry of Health Ontario has extensive referral programs that we connect our patients to for holistic care, including:
- WeCHC: Mental health, addiction, and community health services for vulnerable populations.
- Windsor Team Care Centre (WTCC): Chronic disease management and addictions counselling.
- CMHA Health Centre: Primary care, mental health support, and addiction services.
- Ontario Health at Home: Assistance with coordinating community support, home care, and rehab.
About Dr. O. O. Oduntan
Dr. Oluwole Oduntan is a dedicated Family Physician with over 30 years of experience in primary care, chronic disease management, emergency medicine, and hospital-based care. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and subsequently completed a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine and a Diploma in Occupational Medicine and Health at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Since relocating to Windsor, Ontario, in 2018, Dr. Oduntan has been committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to individuals and families. His approach emphasizes prevention, early diagnosis, patient education, and long-term wellness.
Dr. Oduntan has a special interest in diabetes management, helping patients achieve better control of their blood sugar and reduce the risk of complications. He works closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based medical care, lifestyle modification, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support. He also has a strong interest in managing hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular risk factors, and other chronic medical conditions.
Throughout his career, Dr. Oduntan has demonstrated strong leadership as a medical director, physician recruiter, mentor, and healthcare advocate. His goal is to provide compassionate, accessible, and high-quality healthcare that helps patients live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
